Okay, so this is basically just a flipside of the previous contest's theme. Because as there have always been the smart characters, there have also always been the stupid ones, mainly but not only as comic relief.
So, there are enough characters to choose from, which is why I feel quite comfortable excluding SF & F from this contest.
And just like the previous contest was about characters who were consistently depicted as smarter than others, this one follows the same route, the characters should be consistently dumber than their fellow characters (though I'd make an exception with duos like Harold and Lloyd from Dumb & Dumber).

Let's have up to three entries per user.

And, as usual, entries may not be larger than 200x200 pixels and/or 1 Mb data, and definitely need to be safe for work.
