TV ads that make you want to turn off the TV

Yeah, the one nearest me closed 15 years ago, sat abandoned for at least that long and only recently was transformed into a car wash.

The ASPCA is also not nearly as charitable as you would think, unless putting the money in their own pockets is considered a charity. If you want to help out animals, give to your local shelters.
Neither is PETA. A pox on both their houses.
ASPCA and a number of similar organizations blacklisted themselves from ever getting so much as a dime of support from me. By repeatedly defying my edict to make no attempt to bribe me with material goods, or foist membership upon me without my consent, much less my explicit application. Or by doing both.

PETA and similar radical-vegan organizations are prime examples of extremist organizations that don't think things through. It somehow never seems to occur to such organizations that if Humanity as a species were to go 100% vegan, (1) every livestock species would become critically endangered within a few years, and (2) organic farming would quickly cease to be viable, given that animal manure is a not-exactly-insignificant ingredient in organic fertilizer.

As to Jardiance, it seems like there's one significant side effect they're failing to mention: it could make you break out in a production number!

Regarding a common skin condition, I've never heard an MD (or a DO, for that matter) pronounce it any way other than "ex-EE-ma," and I've never heard a pitchman pronounce it any way other than "EGGS-Ə-ma."

And regarding another common skin condition, one that used to be treated with coal tar derivatives, can't SOMEBODY, JUST ONCE, invoke the old catch phrase, "The Heartbreak of Psoriasis"?

Oh, and then there's the Cologard spots. They're actually not bad, if the talent can actually sing. But as far as I'm concerned, "my way" is to take a guided tour of my lower intestine, with a good view of the monitor, while kept lucid enough to geek out and enjoy the view of my insides. As long as the doctor driving the scope is reasonably competent, and not too heavy-handed with the compressed air, it's really not especially uncomfortable.

Still, for me, the most irritating (make that infuriating) ads are for anything that helps Trump overthrow the Constitution.
