Still loving this show. How bout y'all?

I love love love this show!

I don't get my tape 'till tomorrow though :(

Definately the best thing out new this season :techman:

Tonight's ep was great. More Sookie tits, finally a bit of Bill ass for you ladies, and I kinda like Jason's new V-head girlfriend. The Tara's mom/demon story is getting interesting. I highly doubt Bill's dead. And what the fuck was with Bill running naked through the park?

I still can't believe Anna got naked.... I thought I had read that she was not going to ...

Loving the show...

[sookie]Oh my stars![/sookie]

That was a fanstastic episode! How hot was the Sookie/Bill scenes  Boo ya! He's got a fine ass :techman:

I guess Paquin changed her mind? Maybe because she's dating Moyer she felt more comfortable doing a nakey love scene with him?

And Sam running naked in the woods?

Poor Sookie's gonna be frantic next episode :(

Learned a lot from this episode.

- Bill will just kill anyone that Sookie mentions did something to her.

"Tha paper boy didn't deliver again today."

*BILL MURDERS KID*

"Santa Claus never visited my house, Bill."

*BILL MURDERS ST. NICK.*

- Black women have demons in them. This explains a lot.

- Alcoholic possums should be drowned.

- Most myths regarding vampires are nonsense, however, vampires are faster than the Flash.

- Using vampire blood as a drug fits into a tree-hugging hippie lifestyle.

- Vampires are pretentious shits who hate having their pictures taken.

- One out of three redneck bigots will burn themselves when trying to use a molotov cocktail.

The book was more .. explicit ... about this. The uncle molested Sookie when she was a much younger girl. This is one of the reasons she doesn't like to be intimate, it brings up memories of what he did to her. This wasn't a case of "oh, the paperboy forgot to bring the paper, let's kill him." This was "This wicked man literally took this child's innocence, raped this child."

This is not something that is to be made fun of.

I kinda like Jason's new V-head girlfriend.
I finally figured out where I know her. She was Kat, Jason Ritter's on-off girlfriend on the CBS series "The Class."

The Tara's mom/demon story is getting interesting.
That new demon-chaser or whatever the hell she is .. something's up with her, I have a feeling she's going to try going after Tara for something. Just not sure what yet. (new storyline, not from the books)

I highly doubt Bill's dead.
Well, he is, when you think about it. But gone? Naw. In the previews, we saw where he was hiding (when the ground starts to open up a hole there by Sookie ... Bill slept underground).

And what the fuck was with Bill running naked through the park?
Sam was running naked. And while there is an official explanation, which we've already caught part of through previous threads, I think they just wanted to give that to me specifically, as a gift.:drool::drool:

I think (from the preview for next week) that Bellfleur is going to be all suspicious of Sam re: the murders from that whole 'abnormal' (well not abnormal to Terry ) run through the woods nakey scene (that made me laugh so hard).

Ya, Bill 'went to ground' I imagine because he didn't get home in time.

I do wonder if we'll get a pre-fire scene of how/what Bill did after he got the crazy vamps outta Merlotte's?

Does anybody know how many episodes the season will run to? I know HBO usually does either 12 or 13 - is that the case with True Blood as well?

There are 12 episodes...5 left!

I have the episode titles if anyone is interested.

Molesting isn't funny, but Bill's kill-a-thons are. Especially since Bill already killed the Rattry's. Now he just up and kills a crippled old man who once stroked his great-niece's hair and had horrible thoughts? As you said, it wasn't made out to be that explicit. Which is fine by me, child molestation as drama gets old and it felt tacked onto these recent episodes.

Besides, maybe Uncle Bartlett just had a demon in him! Find a possum and the hoodoo lady! :shifty:

Oh, I like how the recap made it seem like Tara caught that demon eating bad karma cornbread. (which not the case, if there is one)

The child molestation, by Sookie's reaction to him at the funeral and her telling Bill was that he touched her sexually, you just didn't get that part of the flashback. And Sookie could hear it coming, hear his thoughts at the same time.

It was a plot point in the book, not 'tacked on' in the show. Bill was furious! Bill killed him for revenge...he is a vampire after all. He killed the Rattry's because they had just about killed Sookie. It was a defensive act that even a human might have done to protect a girl being savagly beaten by a man and a woman. Of course, Bill being a vampire, had a late night snack too. ;)

Remember, in Bill's mind he was killing the younger man, the one Gran threw out of her house...not the old guy in the wheelchair.

And yes, thank you HBO for the male bootty running through the woods....yum. ;)

^but it was running so fast

And I do believe that whole 'wipe the steam off the mirror' scene was a gift to us Bill/Moyer fans from Ball; to have him have an excuse to get back into the tub
