You mentioned Trip looking especially good in those scenes... While I agree that he looks good, T'Pol is the one that strikes me as being especially pretty and exotic looking or something in these two episodes. I don't know what it is... Is it the ugly, dirty mining suit?? :vulcan:

Well, my comment about Trip is because I've always thought the scruffy look looks great on him... But since you mention it, T'Pol didn't look bad at all when she was exposed to dirty, outdoorsy conditions. This pic HR just gave us is a good example:

But I'm thinking about times like Strange New World or the entire Vulcan arc where she was running around the desert on a white suit! The laundry horror! But she looked great, no question about that.

Trip & T'Pol looked good during Demons & Terra prime. Also when T'Pol wore the white catsuit in Marauders and the Vulcan arc she looked better than T'pau did.And Trip looked good too in that mining suit and escaping from the cell in Terra Prime.Boy do I miss not seeing new Enterprise episodes in what would have been their seventh and final season.

Some random pics to celebrate the Sci-Fi Enterprise marathon on Sunday. :) (Super Bowl? Waste o' time without my Packers, anyway...)

I really enjoyed watching Sunday the Enterprise marathon and see how Trip & T'Pol changed towards how they felt about each other as the seasons showed their story arcs from distrust to friendship and then during season 3 seeing how they fell in love.I'm glad they ended the marathon with Demons and Terra Prime.

^^
(delurking-it's-been-so-long-I've-almost-forgotten-how-to-do-this!)...well of course they did, because they are the last episodes.ever.no more.made.the end.
:)

^^ Agreed. I always thought it was weird how they shot and aired a TNG episode in ENT's time slot.... :vulcan:

I am also glad that they ended the marathon with Demons & Terra Prime. I few weeks ago i watched TATV on SCI-Fi i normally don't watch it because i felt it was a slap in the face to the Enterprise Crew & fans on Enterprise but my oldest son wanted to watch he has become an Enterprise fan recently. The scenes between Connor & Jolene in the shuttle pod were fantastic these two really have a great deal of chemistry together. the way she looks at him when she tells him they may never see each other again and when he tells her they want lose touch her look and his is awesome

Yes, that is a great TnT scene, I love the tone of voice they use, very subtle...erm..that is if I ever were to watch any of the episode-that-does-not-exist, then that would be the scene I would watch. If the episode existed. Which it doesn't. :vulcan:

When I realized the episode that does not exist was on last week, I quickly changed the channel. Haven't seen it. Don't want to see it. My last memories of Enterprise will be Demons and Terra Prime, thank you.

I haven't actually watched the thing that shall not be named :scream:, but I have watched that scene. It's sort of heart-breaking, isn't it? Besides, T'Pol does say one of my favorite lines, "However long it may be, I believe I am going to miss you." *sigh*

That scene is lovely - even though it doesn't exist :vulcan: - but we have to dwell there for a while....

I'm with Rigil on this one - that jacket actually would've made a pretty decent part of her regular uniform. :)

^ Will not argue with you on that one. The uniform T'Pol wore on the first two seasons was so ugly... That jacket would have been a definite improvement. :vulcan:

I listened to Andy & Miceal podcast interview and they had really interesting things to say about Writting the Enterprise books including
Andy & Micheal talk about writting the spoiler hints in Last Full Measure and Pocket books and Paramount bringing Trip back alive in the books and the fact for the first time they were given permission to do so by Paramount how they changed events in tatv story elements to an earlier time than tens years after what happened in Terra Prime left off. And used them in the TGTMD story to talk about the events of Trip faking his death and continuing living undercover up to the time of the building of the TOS Enterprise being built and helping to design things for the ship. M &M want to continue writting Trip's story through the tos time that we saw in Last full measure. They hinted they we're going to see interesting things happen in the book Kobayashi Maru, dealing with the Romulans Margaret talked about in a previous interview at trekmovie last yera
It's sounds like we're going to get really great stuff happen in the upcoming Enterprise books. :)

The podcast is up at treksin scifi here's the link http://www.treksinscifi.com/joomla/index.php The interview is up at the top of their page if you don't have an Ipod just scroll down the homepage a biton the right side of the page there's a link that says podcast Click on that link the interview should play it's an Hour long they talk about Titan books, Last Full Measure and The Good That men do and Kobayashi Maru and future enterprise books they want to write. You'll have only till Sunday to listen to it before they post a new podcasts It's a great interview.

well it was either created by a drunken barclay or done to slander riker by the minions of the crooked admiral.

;)

I hope you don't mind to ask for some Trip and T'Pol pictures from Breaking the Ice and Civilization please. I really liked these 2 shows this week. I hadn't seen them for a while and forgot how much I liked Trip & T'Pol were written in them.Connor and Jolene did awonderful job in these episodes.

Did someone say "pecan pie"?

1x08_091x75.jpg

Trip: Care for a bite? It's delicious.

1x08_104x75.jpg

T'Pol gives him the Vulcan Stare Of Extreme No.

1x08_106x75.jpg

But...there's something on that padd she's reading that is bothering her. And Trip, even floating in pecan pie heaven, notices. (Such a perceptive gentleman. :) )

Trip: You all right?

1x08_116x75.jpg

T'Pol isn't, but damn, she's so lovely when she's troubled.

T'Pol: I'm fine, Commander.

But by the next mission, they're back to normal, making faces at each other.

Ooh! They're even in the same shot for a moment.
