TrekOnline? VST?

Does anyone know what happened to such Trek "virtual series" hubs such as TrekOnline or Virtual Star Trek?

I used to frequent there, but kinda fell out of it. I went back to VST in March for a roam and it was still active, but when I went to check it out after the new movie opened, the site was gone.

I then went to check out it's sister site, TrekOnline, but it, too, was gone.

Anyone know what happened?

No clue. I have been wondering that myself but didn't know that TrekOnline was down too. Odd. I know that Star Trek Frontiers was moving to Monster Productions and they are on that site but don't have any of the stories up yet.

VST split up and their domain finally expired. I think one of them ended up at Monster Zero Productions. TrekOnline's domain name expired, but both Star Trek Foundations and Star Trek Endeavour have gotten their own domains now, so I guess they broke up, too.

Kinda sucks you know. I was following most of the series on VST and can't believe they are gone. I know Star Trek Frontiers is suppose to be Monster Zero Productions, but haven't heard anything. What about the other series?

It would be worth asking at MZP - several former VST and TO showrunners are there in some capacity.
