I do it, I admit, but my "rules" are based on personal experience. No "rule" is put into action without persistent, predictable, history behind it.

First Rule:

If your hair is put into a "faux-hawk" you're a douchebag. I've never met someone who had their hair in a fauxhawk who wasn't a big, in love with himself, DB.

Depends on what he's wearing. Polo shirt with the collar turned up? No doubt about it. And if it's pink, there can be absolutely no question about it.

I would call the presence of a fauxhawk a strong indication, rather than a rule.

I'd need a couple of additional indications of douchebaggery before I made that call.

But it would certainly raise the possibility in my mind.

^I would agree would Camelopard. I don't think I've actually known someone with a faux-hawk, so I have no experience to draw from. However, there seems to be some indication that said hairstyle, like the mullet, can indicate certain personal traits.

My own personal DB alarm is set off by what friends and I used to call the "Wink and the Gun." It's something a certain security used to do when I was a retail manager, and he would always accompany said action with a stupid "click" noise made out of the corner of his mouth.

You've seen people do it, but usually only on old reruns of "ChiPs." They give you a lopsided grin, wink and make their fingers into a little gun and pretend to pull the trigger.

Anyone who does that ---and NOT in jest---is a self-delusional douche bag of monumental proportions.

I'm actually more inclined to agree with these Also about the Porsche one, have you ever seen anyone under 40 drive one? Usually they're old men driving them, and many of them can be beaten by much cheaper cars!

I'll pretty much agree. The notion is further expounded when they hop out of a tiny little car like a Miata or a Pontiac Solstice, and walk around with a Bluetooth in their ear and say things like "Hey brah."
