I have never asked anyone to be my friend here, but quite a few people have asked to be mine. I generally accept them, but that's pretty much the end of it. I'm not really sure if there is anything you can DO with your friends at all.

That's pretty much my take on it. I haven't sent any requests out so of anyone is miffed they haven't gotten one from me:

1) Get over it
2) It doesn't mean I don't love ya!

If we implement some of the friends features in the future it may be a different story.

Well, I appreciate your friendship.

I do agree though. If there was a use for the friends feature other than making people feel good about themselves, than I probably would embrace it more. Hopefully some of what is talked about comes to fruition soon. Would love new features here, just to make sure it doesn't get boring.

Hey, that would be really useful! little miss trampledamage is starting kindergarten in the fall and I could do with some practice at learning playground diplomacy so I can offer her some hints.
