1) Scotty knocking himself out on a support beam.

2) The fan dance.

data singing was forgivable because we get to see worf's reaction when picard tries to get him to sing as well... oh... and "Do you know Gilbert & Sullivan?" "No sir, I haven't had a chance to familiarise myself withe the crew."

so data's singing can be forgiven on that account. the argos and glasses however...

What makes that really funny, is the very next film, when Data is again singing - this time, 'Blue Skies', Worf groans and mutters 'Irving Berlin.'

The real thing that sucked about that was that Shatner didn't use Nichelle's voice in the movie, instead dubbing over with the band Hiroshima instead.

The "drunk" campfire scene in TFF. Instead of funny, it was unwatchable.

A lot of bad effects and plot moments throughout TFF as well. Just so many misfires in that movie.

The cocking of the phaser rifles in FC. Frankly, any time Trek tried to be "macho" with firearms was a disaster. (But it must have been a lot of fun for the sound FX guys ...)

Data shaking his fist and gloating "yes!"

I'm going with TG Theodore on that one... it's a lame, pandering action cliche; which they get to graft onto Data because he's got emotions now and that means he's not above all kinds of questionable attempts at 'humour'.
