The new chick in this movie is no where near as hot as Megan Fox. Good ad...lots of cool FX shots.

Fans are saying its either Laserbeak, or Swoop.
Looks good. I love both of the other movies, and I have no doubt that I'll love this one, though I will miss Megan Fox. It's not that she's overly talented or anything; I just enjoyed her character's relationship with Sam, and I think it'll be weird for her to be absent.
Looks impressive. I like when Ironhide clashes with 2 drones.

I have to admit that was pretty impressive looking but still only a thirty second spot. I'd like to see a full trailer and that really wasn't a great looking shot of Rosie Huntington. I've seen pics of her and she's arguably hotter than Megan in my opinion. Whatever floats your boat. It would seem though that Bay has learned his lesson from the disaster that was the second one but we'll wait and see for a full trailer.

I saw this trailer a few days ago not knowing it was for Transformers.

It got my attention and looked intriguing, and when I saw "from director Michael Bay", I thought... When did he direct a movie between Transformers 2 and 3? Then I thought... Maybe he's just producing this. Then I saw that it was the third Transformers movie and I was like... oh.

It's nothing but swirling transformations and explosions just like the movies.
I hope the flying bird like bot we saw is Swoop only because it might likely mean there is a Grimlock as well. However, knowing Soundwave is around and we got Ravage last movie I could see it being Laserbeak, regardless that it's bigger than he's normally portrayed.
I liked the spot but just like the "moon landing" spot I am cautious. The spots for Revenge of the Fallen looked cool and that movie was a steaming pile of putrid crap. I say that as a long time TF fan who went to 10 straight Bot Cons until 2008.

^ Yeah the "Revenge of the Fallen" trailer was cut pretty cool as well and had me jazzed which is why I'm eager to see a full blown trailer that kind of reveals the plot of this movie, not just rapid cut action scenes!!! Still though it was cool.
I don't remember where I heard it, I think it was on the IGN Keepin' it Reel Podcast, where one of the guys got to go on a sit in, in the editing bay with Michael bay and said he admitted to hating Revenge of the Fallen and wants to try to make it up to everybody with this movie. Hopefully he will follow through.

As awesome as Beast Wars was, it's generally lost in the multitude of TF stuff that's come out since then and it tough to remember for the casual fan of the past decade. As such, it's more likely Laserbeak.
I've seen some other sites really pick apart the trailer. Apparently we've got more re-used models happening, with the Decepticon protoforms and Devastator (or Brawl, depending on who you listen to), the tank who was sorta blown up in the first movie is back too. This isn't the first time, as Blackout, the Pave Low chopper was back in the second movie too. Of course there's nothing to say that Cybertronians can't look alike and assume identical vehicles, but it's always wierd to see such blatant re-use of the same model with barely a recolor or change of the serial number on the model.
