I have been obsess with the Star Trek Universe since I was ten years old. I'm hook for life and beyond. It has been almost thirty -five since I first saw my first Star Trek episode. Hell, when I die and if I can afford it. I want to be bury in a TOS Starfleet Command uniform and place inside a Photon Torpedo tube. Just like Mr. Spock in Star Trek II and my tattoos are coming with me. I'm obsess with three things. They are Star Trek, women, and Camaros. I hope I'm still normal. HA! HA!
No tattoos on the neck. I'm in college right now and I don't think having visible tattoos would go over well in a office or business atmosphere. There are still a lot people out in the world, whom considered tattoos, taboo. Even though I do want to get my arms fully tattoos. My future step is too have portraits of all five Star Trek captains running down the side of my upper right leg. The portraits would be the size of a hand palm.

TNG is a great sequel to TOS and I do love the show. I was born in the sixties and grew up in the seventies watching TOS. To me, Kirk and James Bond have always been the perfect heroes for me. These two men were no pussies in their day. They were men of action, ask questions later, and always got the girl. I wish we had better role models today, that represents the ideas and philosophy of Kirk and Bond. I do love TNG, but ever time you turn around, Picard would rather have a discussion about a problem instead of firing phasers first. I guess the sixties and eighties can not be compared to today standards.

Meeeee tooooo. I'm definitely getting some sort of TOS tat...I'm just not sure what or where. I'm having a very hard time deciding.
People get these huge tattoos all the time. It's really not such a taboo anymore, it's really quite mainstream now-a-days. I'd much rather see a huge Trek tat then a huge Jesus on the cross tat...I find that much more disturbing so....to each his own !

Yes...yes you should. As a matter of fact anybody with a Trek tat should post a photo...I'd love to see them.
To the OP I'd go with one of the purple backrounds....they look nice and that's what you want it to be a backround not the main focus....so nothing to busy or too flashy.
I could dig a small Starfleet or Klingon symbol, something like that, but some of those are just way too much, no matter how much you love Star Trek.
