At Vulcan Events last weekend. I am the Romulan with the shirt that needs to be altered (too big now, I lost 20 lbs) and the Romulan scowl on her face. The girl in red next to me is my daughter.
We were at some Klingon ceremony where I caught lots of shit for being the only Romulan there.
Yeah, I still need to lose another 25 (that's how much I'm overweight now, damn it.) That's on tap to be done by Halloween. But I wanted to show off the cool uniform that I cobbled together. That's the very material used in Romulan uniforms from one of the movies - Nemesis I think. Friends located it on Ebay and I wheedled some to make my own shirt.
