TOS Characters in Future Movies?

Wanted to see which TOS characters you'd like to see in cameos or full appearances in future nuTrek movies?

Me, I'd like to see Dr. M'Benga and Christine Chapel, only as a doctor, though, not a nurse. And it might be fun to have Lt. Riley make an appearance, too.

Dr. M'Benga, but only if he has to "wake up" Spock by beating the hell out of him.

Yeoman Rand, but only if her hair is in a beehive.

Kevin Riley, but only if he sings over the intercom.

Alex, but only if they can do him justice.

Chief Kyle, but only if he is English..

Cgi the hundreds of Alices from Harry Mudd's planet, the NuEnterprise will need a large crew.

Name drop many of the TOS bit players, over the intercom, names of background extra, things like that.

I'd like to see Carol Marcus. Kirk needs a love interest instead of pining after Uhura and she would work. Also we need Rand and Chapel just to meet their JJverse versions.

I think I saw everyone I care that much about. At this point, even if they bring another character back I won't recognize them unless the reincarnation of the character is close enough to the original, or if they recreate an exact episode that they had... which would make them pointless.

Janice Rand would be nice, but only if they use time travel to get Grace Whitney from 1966. I mean, she won't be the same if someone else plays her, and she'll only destroy any chance that Kirk goes after other Orion women.

If he makes an appearance, we need Marta, too!

Also a remake of the old novel The Panora Principle, where the crew rescue a 6-year-old Vulcan/Romulan hybrid wild-child from an abandoned Romulan colony planet, whom Spock names "Saavik".

Number One: make her a Captain of some ship or other. The character got gipped by the 60's era sensibilities.

Sybok: Best part of ST V. How has he taken Vulcan being destroyed? Still making his Army of Light? Does he seek out Spock, once he finds out his brother survived? His banishment from Vulcan must seem different now that there isnt a Vulcan anymore.

Kelso: Also gipped. That poor sonomogun had to settle for being Devlin (the Galaxys oldest Lt) in the god awful Buck season 2. At least bring the charachter back.

Mitchell: should have been him with Kirk at the Academy, but I guess the shortage of time made it better to have Bones. Still would have him in there somewhere.

Mudd: Still should have a comic aspect, but make him more formidable, not just a sleazy grifter or small time con artist.

Riley: I would somehow have liked to keep that he and Kirk had been on that colony together with Kodos. Not sure how much of Kirk prehistory is gone. Maybe all of it.

Kor/Kang/Koloth: All three at some point. Koloth and Kirk knew each other before meeting again on K-7. Id keep that, and have them battle it out some way or another.

Saavik: definetly should be saved. Might change her backstory. Give her a new history. Maybe its Sybock who finds her and she grows up under his influence instead. Interesting possibilities.

Alice should be played by Jane Lynch.

No, the character got gipped by Gene Roddenberry casting his mistress in the role and not wanting to recast it when the network called him on it.

No, the character got gipped by Gene Roddenberry casting his mistress in the role and not wanting to recast it when the network called him on it.

I understand that they wanted a male to be cast instead though, not another woman. So that even if it were a better known, and better, actress who wasnt his mistress, they still wanted a man in that part.

Either way, the character was gipped, and I say we give her a new life and make her the Captain of some ship or other.
