Torchwood: Miracle Day premiere date

^ What way do you think? Sigh.

Filming I think is a month a way from completion. Haven't checked the facebook fan page for status reports in a while.

I really hope they don't continue to wantonly kill off the main characters, I mean I like a bit of turnover, but by the end of S3 it was getting ridiculous.

^ Except that by killing characters, RTD was making a point that what Torchwood does is extremely dangeous and has immediate consequences. He's kind of similiar to Joss Whedon in that sense. I suspect that some characters will be killed off. I think Jack, Gwen, and Rhys are safe.

I'm sure Jack and Gwen will be safe, not so sure about Rhys, though I hope he survives. I love his character. I do hope they keep him in more the grounded outsider. He makes a great counterpoint to the Torchwood folks. Also, the actor is so very lovable, like a big teddy bear.

While an unrepentant Spoiler Whore for DW, I'm glad I know so little about this series. In fact the only thing I've seen from it is Gwen punching the weird faced woman from Dollhouse for calling her English. :)

BTW in case it hasn't already been mentioned they're recording another series of Torchwood Radio Plays too and apparently GDL is in them, so they'd have to be pre-COE.

Or would they...

Ooh, good I liked the series of Radio plays.

Have you heard "Ghost Train"? It's the most recent audiobook (as opposed to play) that was released, though it's actually read by Kai Owen in character as Rhys and it's absolutely hillarious. (It's basically the TW equivilent of "The Zeppo.)

One of the Miracle Day tie-in novels focuses on Suzie Costello, so I have absolutely no idea.

On a different note, apparently Eliza Dushku is involved with a Torchwood web series.

I wouldn't want him back but god, could you imagine the reaction from the Ianto/Jach nutters if he did return? No doubt they'd be claiming it as a victory for their insane campaigns.

Terrible poster and how is a Startz orginal series, saying it's season 4 of Torchwood. It's only co-funded.

Just have to wait till dear old Auntie Beeb release the UK air date, though some blogs say it'll be 01-08-11 at 21:00. I suspect It'll either be that or the same day as the US. After all the Beeb does have to justify the license fee, so it might have a hard time saying why we are getting a BBC show after it's aired in the US

Eliza Dushku and a Torchwood web series? Oh I must see this whenever it comes out if it is true. I'm really excited for "Miracle Day". We've gone through already why it's a "Starz Original Series".
