^ That'd be interesting. TOS movie era vs Aliens Vs Predator would be my preferred crossover. Ripely would have to be involved somehow

I'd love to see a Stargate/Star Trek crossover, I think the two franchises would fit together really well.
As far as crossovers go, I'd like to see Aliens vs. Predator vs. Star Trek.
I sometimes wish they'd done a couple more crossovers with Marvel heroes.
Ooh, I would've loved to write a Captain Picard/Spider-Man team-up. Imagine the exasperation!![]()
Actually, I'm thinking about how Spidey would probably drive Worf mad with his wisecracks.

In addition, Alex Ross used Stewart as the model for Professor X in Marvels.I remember back in college around 1988 or so, a friend and I got to talking about who should play Professor X, and we both instantly settled on Patrick Stewart. And if you read Diane Duane's X-Men novel Empire's End, written well before the movies came out, you can tell she was writing Xavier with Stewart's (and Picard's) voice in mind. I think pretty much anyone who was a fan of both TNG and the X-Men probably felt the same way. And of course Bryan Singer is a longtime Trekker...
Galactus is a natural for a TOS villain. It's almost as ludicrous as a giant green hand holding the Enterprise!
Christopher, I still think your Chlorite species from your X-men novel would make an interesting ST matchup!
I plotted out a Voyager vs. Galactus crossover after the first Star Trek/X-Men, just because I could.Galactus is a natural for a TOS villain. It's almost as ludicrous as a giant green hand holding the Enterprise!

Private message sent.I would love to have read that!I plotted out a Voyager vs. Galactus crossover after the first Star Trek/X-Men, just because I could.
It's been pointed out that the "villain" in Judith & Garfield Reeves-Stevens' Prime Directive is basically Galactus. (The use of drone workers to prepare for its coming is more suggestive of Ultimate Galactus than 616 Galactus.) It has an insatiable hunger for planets, and it survived the previous universe's Big Crunch. In some ways, the Doomsday Machine is a little bit like Galactus. They're both super-powerful engines of destruction that eat entire planets.
Me too, please?Private message sent.
and they're so not on his level that he's not entirely aware of them.
