Here is the wip on the New Orleans Class MSD. She is going to be a mix of the old tng MSD and the New Voyager sytle MSD.

Making LCARS

All this LCARS stuff is very cool but is there anyone who actually makes it so that it can be installed in an office or classroom? Does anyone make a functioing touch sensitive interface so that an LCARS pad can be used to say, turn on lights or the stereo or TV for example?

Hey CaptKrieger. From what I know, the answer is no. I wanted to do a flash version for the touch, but right now there is no flash player for the touch or Iphone. If you want a print and then have it backlit, then yeah you can get that.

Yes there are three or four versions out there right now. I don't have the links I'll have to look them up.

I know LCars24 has a couple of versions, and there is a commercial version, there is a customizable database, and another from heath computers.

Great work! Really top notch stuff. I especially like the level of detail you've included. If they ever bring a TNG/DS9/VOY-era show back to television, you should apply for an F/X gig.
