I wanted to do a graphic for section 31. I wanted to give the graphics a dark feel to it..So here it is.. The name and number are not final..I just needed something to put there. Will have a larger version online soon.

Nice, but Cochrane unsplit the infinitive (and there is nothing intrinsically wrong with a split inifinitive) so that the plaque should read: "..to go boldly..." (I'm amazed I remember I that--I watched very little of ENT.) And while I'm at it (damn, I'm feeling nitpicky), I'd change the exclamation point to a period.
