Well the glow effect ws done with gradients

Well its hard to explain. I may do a video tutorial on it.

Here is something new/old Pasteur Plaque. The top version is the Version from AGT. I made the bottom version for fun. (Also I know its not Hope Class ) Maybe someone could help me with the names. I got most of them..but still need to find the rest.
