We got our heroes, but what about our villains? Who could play a good villain, as a Cardassian, Ferengi, Breen or even Borg? In fact, how re-imagined would you make these aliens, in light of how the Klingons have been in DSC? I would give the NuBorg a HR Gieger/Clive Barker aesthetic...

You have to crank the reptilian features up to 11 for the Cardassians. More scales and make the "neckhood" flexible like a cobra's.
