I have to admit, I never saw a Husnock story coming. That's awesome, there is a ton of potential there.

Very cool. I have to admit, I had to look up who the Husnock were on Memory Alpha. It never really occured to me that they could play a role in another story. There's actually a chance I might be caught up on the TNG & Titan books by the time this one comes out.

Almost certainly. Titan novels have always been sequential, and I don't see any reason why this one would be any different. So, yeah it'll be after Sight Unseen, after the Prey trilogy also, I'd imagine.

Not as far as I know. That was part of my reason for tackling this story. It had always seemed to me like one of the great un-pulled threads in the Star Trek narrative tapestry.

Hey, thanks for the kind words. I do have an idea for another Titan novel, and it would be great to come back and write for that crew again; but right now, nothing is official/happening/confirmed/etc.

What I meant was, Dave and I discussed the ongoing plot threads and story arcs in the Titan books. While the novels are episodic, there's also a strong serial element in terms of character development and we all feel it's important to keep that joined up. No spoilers here, but there's some great character moments coming up in Fortune of War!
