Timeline: In Universe

Please forgive if this has already been posted. I have googled for the topic and I barely searched here. I am looking for an "In Universe" Timeline. There are all kinds of time lines that deal with episodes. I am looking for one like "such and such date Captain Kirk returns from 5 year mission, "such and such date USS Voyager returns" etc. It would be that kind of time line. I am sure someone has created it and I am sure it has existed for books but I have not been able to find it on the web. If anyone can understand what the heck I am talking about can they point me in the right direction?

There's the "Star Trek Annotated Timeline" by Win Scott Eckert but it hasn't been updated since 2003 that I can see. Should be easy enough to find as a pdf on google I think. It incorporates lots of the comics and novels into the timeline as well.

I think the Annotated Timeline PDF file was large (180+ pages) and therefore a large file. For me and dial-up, I couldn't download it. Memory Alpha however seems to do the trick. It isn't strickly "in universe". For example when it refers to Klingons getting cloaking devices on their ships it refers to a DS9 episode.
