The footage appears to show a person speaking on a mobile phone, except the year is 1928!!!

What is just as interesting to me is the fact that this looks like a man in drag and his eys are clearly hooded and shrouded. Also, once he realizes he is being filmed he turns very quickly, like, "I've been seen!"

What do you think?

I'm not convinced the footage is even real yet.

It could be a shoe. It could be a hearing aid. It's way too bulky to be any kind of cell phone from anything near 2010, and as far as I know, we can't time travel yet. So if the footage is real, then there are more explanations than "a time traveler!". It would be like seeing a flash of light on the wall and saying, "it's night time, so it must have been a ghost!"

I think that's reaching way, way beyond reason though. I mean, maybe the guy that walked next to her was her space alien partner and they were looking for a good pair of Italian leather shoes.

It doesn't matter. He said "time traveler". I used our current date as an example that even now, multi function apps are ridiculously tiny, while this object is rather bulky and large. Plus, if it was a time traveler, why go through the motions of wearing period dress and then talking on a big ass device in public?

Nope, there are far more reasonable explanations than the far fetched "time traveler".

Considering there were no cell towers or sattelites on 1928 I doubt it's a cell-phone else it'd have no means of working!

It could be a real clever job of editing done as a project for a class or something, kind of similar to the effect used in Forrest Gump to have him interact with Kennedy.
