I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through a rough patch, CD. 
It's pretty courageous of you to ditch the crappy job (I say that because I did the same thing a couple of years ago 
) and purse your acting dream. You should let pride in these actions inspire you to find the better friends that you deserve. Good luck.
