As a former USAF veteran, I get a particular funny feeling in this Kirk vs the USAF episode..lots of chuckles in it and a back story that is rather thought provoking...

is tomorrow is yesterday the one with christopher shaun in it the fighter pilot?, think that was his name his son was/is supposed to go to saturn or something if so then thats the ep i like one of the better episodes though i've not seen it for awhile.
would have been good if they did a tng version maybe the ent d or defiant ending up in the year 2000.

I think I'd have to call it a tie between Assignment: Earth and Tomorrow is Yesterday. Both are a lot of fun, and I really liked the guest characters in both. Both of the other two choices, however, are also terrific. City on the Edge of Forever is probably better drama than all the others.
