1. A companion with whom to share the rest of my life.
2. The talent to be creative. I have the soul of an artist but am stuck inside a person with virtually no creative talents.
3. Either the means to not work a job, or a job that I enjoyed enough that it didn't feel like empty drudgery.

@Sakrysta Do you draw or paint or do something creative for fun even though it my suck to you? Just doing something creative is good.

1. My dog Kirby died last Friday. I want him back in his puppy form so we can live another 17 years together.
2. I want my kids to be happy with whatever they choose to do in their lives.
3. I want to be able to have the dedication and motivation to achieve my goals, despite any distractions and time commitments.

I can't wish for more wishes? Well, then I wish with three clones of myself who each get their own wish, who do my bidding.
Wish 1: Bring back Reese Whoopers.
Wish 2: Destroy all pumpkin spice crap.

This evening I was rewatching the Seventh Season X-Files episode "Je Souhaite" wherein Mulder and Scully come across a real genie that grants anyone who finds her three wishes.
Of course the led me to ponder what my three wishes could be if this were actually true.
And so this thread is asking folks to share what their three wishes would be if they were given the chance.

Ya'll are leaving a lot of "Monkey's Paw"-esque dark twisting open on your wishes.
I'd first wish to be the optimal result (as I see it) of human potential and experience. Mentally, physically, emotionally, creatively.
I would then use my newly-granted superior intellect and wisdom to pick much better wishes than I would ever comprehend as I am now.

You do realize this is about as open to "monkey's paw"esque interpretation as it gets?
You could end up as a piece of sheet music, or a painting in a museum.
That's kinda the point. It's all in the wording. You minimize the "monkey's paw" consequences by the level of specificity in your wishes.
