Thor: Ragnarok

Perhaps it will be a structure like this -- Hela is established as the main antagonist early in the film (like, when she crushes Mjolnir), Gamemaster is the antagonist in the Barbarian Planet section of the film (but that's the only place where he appears), and then when Thor and his allies attempt to retake Asgard from Hela in the third act Surtur is revealed as the film's true Big Bad.

This sounds confusing.

There is some spectacular new footage (which some might even consider spoilery) in this international trailer. The catch? It's in... Japanese?

ETA: By Odin's beard! Disney swooped quickly! That was up for less than an hour!

OK, I saw it. I feel as if I have been privleged. Among other things--

  • [*]Several "Buddy movie" shots with Banner and Thor, including a fist-bump. At one point, Hulk seems to have Banner's intelligence.
[*]A legion of Valkyrie on winged horses ascending upon Hela
[*]What looked like Thor, Hulk, (the) Valkyrie and Loki facing down Hela on Bifrost.
[*]Hulk vs Fenris ! (!)
    [*]Surtur!
I can not articulate how magnificent that trailer was despite the language barrier! My already high anticipation level has shot through the roof.:drool::eek:

I am impressed how far they have come in depicting the Hulk.

I always thought the Hulk had the same intelligence as Banner. Just he was more angry.

That was a spectacular trailer. This not only looks like the best Thor movie (which isn't that high a bar honestly, even though I liked the first two) but also just a great MCU movie in general. I'm really excited.

Amazing! And I love how colorful it looks compared to Marvel's past offerings. Bodes well for Infinity War.

HULK SMASH AND HULK TALK!

I thought I couldn't get anymore excited about this film, but man was I wrong. This film looks like so much damn fun!

Do we know who's voicing the Hulk? Mark Ruffalo? Lou Ferrigno? Someone else?

Asgardians of the Galaxy?
Except the Hulk isn't Asgardian. I guess you could say he's an honorary member.
