Reads like its thin on plot, only acting as a quickie bridge to Infinity War, instead of being both a bridge and a personal story for the lead character (e.g. Captain America: Civil War).
I haven't gotten that impression at all, from everything I've read and seen it sounds like there's a lot more to this than that.
OK, sorry I am a bit late...but I don't understand why people think the latest commercial is BETTER than the previous one?!?! The previous one had awesome music that was amazingly appropriate, action, and some great humor. I think it might have even been better than the ones for WOnder WOman and Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Now, the new trailer for Thor, doesn't have that "uumph" for me. But, on the bright side, it has NOT made me doubt that Ragnarock will be good, and they added definitely new material (for me). So not a great job for me, but not a disaster. Regarding running time....I am willing to be open about it being "short", as long as it doesn't feel that way.
I have a feeling the movie will feel short no matter how long it is, like any good rollercoaster ride should.
Spoiler: Is Valkyrie doing her own version of Wonder woman's shattered god feat against Hela's swords Spoiler: Is Thor fighting Hela with Gungnir? Spoiler: Banner sounds like a Hulk fanboy on message boards with :P
On the improvising part, the first Iron Man was also full of improvisation, and without that, we wouldn't be having this discussion Also http://www.cinemablend.com/news/168...ragnaroks-trailer-came-from-a-make-a-wish-kid
Ummm, there are many movie productions releasing CBMs along with Marvel. Sony and Fox the closest with it. IF by monopoly you mean mostly leading in critical or commercial success, letsjust say WB has yet to prove they are in Marvel's league. DC movies have had their critic supporters and Marvel movies had their bashers as well. So they are paid as well. I think you have yet to grsp the concept that the majority of the movie audiences don't think of the DC movies as highly as you. I, for once, have yet to watch ANY of the DC movies in the theatres, save Wonder Woman. I saw them all on television or DVD, and ditto for the Marvel movies save Homecoming or Guardians of the Galaxy 2. The only reason I saw them in theatres was that they all were running coincidentally on the days of my unexpected holidays. And like you, I have yet to judge a movie on others opinions. In my own opinion, pre WW movies are definitely lacking. By the way, I will miss Jane Foster and Darcy Lewis. I was never one of those fans who believe that a male or female co-star to a comic book hero or heroine had to be a "kick-ass" character as well.[/QUOTE] Like I said before, the same standards can be applied to the critics supporting DCEU movies as well A little rude and haughty don't you think?
Or it means it's tightly written and directed with no filler instead of wasting time with padding a story unnecessarily.
Turns out the "He's a friend from work!" line came from a Make-a-Wish kid. I already love the line but this revelation takes it to a whole new level.
It does sound so innocent, friendly and childlike. Which is why it's so damned brilliant Hugo - Waititi forever!
She's probably been busy with Blindspot, so that explains the absence. Plus, the reason she wasn't in Dark World much was because the actress was injured during shooting.
