I just saw this movie for the first time. It was glorious.
I loved this film. Having watch Avengers Infinity War however
It felt like the heroic efforts to save Asgard’s people was pointless knowing they pretty much get slaughtered hours later. What happened to Korg and Valkyrie?
I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but here's the original scene of Thor and Loki finding Odin in the streets of New York.
Agree, but it is good to finally see the original version which was glimpsed in the first trailer.Interesting, but definitely way too rushed. The theatrical version did it much better.
I thought that was pretty clear...
Yeah, that was so heavily implied , more was not needed.

It wasn't implied, he outright said that as he was getting weaker he could feel her getting stronger, and once he was dead she'd get free.Yeah, that was so heavily implied , more was not needed.
Why? I ask because if Odin's power was what was keeping Hela imprisoned/banished, then her appearing almost immediately after his natural death honestly makes a bit of sense. What I like about this scene is, that Odin lives when Hela arrives. In the movie itself, it's always a little moment, where I sense a little lack in my 'suspension of diesbelief', that Hela just comes up a few seconds after her father is gone - as a coincidence, it's just a (little) bit too unlikely. But then again, Odin's death is too beautiful in the movie to get cut off... (My personal favourite way out of this would have been, that they made clear, that Hela could just break out because of Odin's death.)
I havent seen the movie recently. But Hela appeared were Odin died. Odin knew what would happen, why didn't he fly into the sueb of black hole?
