"Fuck" has been commonly used as a swear word since the mid-1800s, and it had been listed in a dictionary of vulgar terms dating back to the 1750s.Here is question, do we still use the same swear words today as they did in the 18th century? I suspect not so because we consider something a swear word today doesn't mean it'll be considered one in 200 years time.
