That story is several years old. Not criticizing -- just observing. At one point he had his flat listed on eBay for a ridiculous amount of money. I suspect it was listed in order to generate publicity.

He did finally sell the flat and is working at making a career out of his TNG design skills.

I had heard the same thing. Can't imagine there is a big market for this. Now if it was the TOS Enterprise...
