About 10 years ago, the company I worked for outsourced some of their tech work to India.
In a prototype data file I once sent them in a hurry, there was a missing letter in the name of our capital city ('Amsterda' instead of 'Amsterdam'). After that first file, I had to 'correct' any supplements I sent that didn't have that, back to 'Amsterda' even after five years and telling them several times the first file contained an error, it's really 'Amsterdam' and to look it up in an atlas. But nope. They were that inflexible.
EDIT: I have to add to this that I've also had quite positive experiences with Indian personnel. It very much depends on who you get (and apparently, the company culture).

The grasshoppers were probably the spiciest thing I have ever eaten. I was literally jumping up and down on the concourse at the Mariners stadium and going "I NEED A BEER!"
They were spicy, but also delicious. There was absolutely no "ick" factor whatsoever. But I wouldn't buy them again - they're expensive and you only get a small cup full. Strictly a one-and-done thing.

I can corroborate - went to a Mariners game a couple of years ago and split a cup between the four of us. Spicy and expensive, but worth it.

Personally, I think all restaurants should be required to have a gluten free section on their menu.
Also it's frustrating that retailers like Walmart, Target, Walgreens, etc., are no longer selling KN95 masks in store as I am immunocompromised. It's a shame because I really like the KN95 masks that AirPop makes that were sold at Target.

It's expensive to do so and avoid any cross contamination. One of the vendors at the farmers market my wife and I work at us deathly allergic to gluten so is very conscientious of even restaurant gluten free menus because it's not always prepped right.Can't have beer either (I have gluten issues)

I can forget what day it is very easily. I work from home, usually Sat, Sun, Mon and Thurs. But they also randomly schedule me for a Tues or Weds with less than 24 hrs notice. But some weeks, I will only get three days of work and some weeks, I've worked 6 days in a row. All that matters to me is "Am I working today? The actual name of said day is irrelevant.

If I have to call in sick to work, or I can't GET to work because of the weather, I can easily forget what day it is. Any kind of disruption to my work routine throws my whole universe into chaos.
I don't know if I've posted this before, but I hate customers who call up and schedule an appointment to have work done on their vehicle, only to call back a little while later to say, "Sorry, I forgot I had something else scheduled for that day."
How the hell did you not check your schedule before calling to make an appointment?
At least it's somewhat better than the ones that call to schedule an appointment, you call to confirm and they say "Okay", then they don't show up the next day and you call them and the say, "I forgot".
