Well, they're Star Trek doors, of course. You walk up to it and it magically whooshes open.
That's totally what I was hoping @Scribble was going to say. Because that would be AWESOME!

Pocket doors -automated or not take up a lot of space and when they break require specialized equipment and knowledgeable repair techs.Hey, trust me (not in the 45-way), I've thought about it! It's just that the walls and corners in this house are so odd that there's not6 enough interior wall space on either side of any door other than the bathroom to do so!![]()
Heinz is apparently launching a product in Canada in May which is a combination ketchup/mayonnaise... which they imaginatively call "mayochup".
Sorry for quoting myself. Mayochup indeed launched in Canada this month as planned. Unfortunately, it seems like the name has a somewhat, um, less than flattering translation in Cree...

That's not the shop's fault. It is an infection that enters the fruit through the blossom. A lack of water, too much heat or soil too low in certain trace elements weaken the tree and then its immune system is unable to fight the infection as it would normally do.I bought a bag of apples from the grocery store a few weeks ago. The apples were beautiful on the outside but the insides were all half-rotten.
He works 12 hrs a day, so isn't home to do anything, and also thinks that he shouldn't have to clean up the house for guests or feed his guests.

We’ve got booze but my bedtime is ten so we start drinking at three which really isn’t daydrinking because early bird specials start here at three. That's not the shop's fault. After 2 drought years, our apples were in the same condition last yearAnd the quinces, too.
Good news on the medical front: my GP gave me a new reference for the orthopedist. I hope she can fix my back. (Ah, the benefits of getting old. On the other hand: it's still way better than the alternative. If only the good die young, I'll gladly be evil)
