Things that frustrate us all

When you remember something just when it's about too late to be of any use to you as if your unconscious had conspired against you.
Yep, such as when you are in the middle of a conversation and you are trying to recall the name of some place or thing that you want to talk about, but it just won't come into your mind no matter how hard you try. Then several hours later when you're absent-mindedly going about some other unrelated tasks, it suddenly comes to you! :scream:

As a Videographer, when I have the perfect shot lined up, even though I'm at a distance, and I'm zoomed all the way into the action... then someone walks in front of the shot. Completely blocking what I wanted to get! Luckily it was just B-Roll.

ARRRGH I'm trying to buy my Star Wars tickets but my theater's website isn't working! *cries*

When you're at the movie theater and the place is packed and you get the tallest guy in the room right in front of you!!!
Eek at my theater you'd have to be like ten feet tall to block my view, do you still have like those old style seats? You can't even hear people anymore, rows are so far apart from each other since they made every seat a first class recliner.

Being on the shorter side I tend to find it's nearly always taller people sat in front of me. But as a Cinema is a treat for me (I only go less than half a dozen times a year) I pay for the more expensive seat which makes it not quite as bad.

Of course whilst it would reduce the number of seats it would be better for all cinema goes if they staggered the seats so you looked out in between the seats rather than over the head of others

Always and the one behind you is a chair kicking or talking about the entire plot adult (worse when it's a kid)

Wearing a new, expensive, white sweater and missing your mouth with your morning coffee.
Ugh I feel you!

Another situation I had was when my baby reached out and grabbed my nice shirt with spaghetti sauce hands. I hadn't changed into "mom clothes" yet.

Back in the 80s, I went to one cinema where the top of the seat in front of you only came upto about knee height of the seat you were in. (Of course the down side is if you had a seat on the front or back row, you had a bit of a claim).

The one I currently go to isn't too bad as you've got be at least a decent height to be over the head rest, so they've designed for that.

When you're making pasta and the jar of sauce slips from your hands... crashing into the hard kitchen floor. It not only breaks, but seems to sort of "explode" with sauce flying everywhere. There's something about tomato sauce that has quite a bit of potential energy. It took me a full 30 minutes to clean it up... and then every so often across the following days, I'd find a little spot of dried sauce somewhere. In one case, it somehow got between two drawers and slipped inside one! Now anytime I handle a sauce filled glass jar, I'm holding it like a newborn!

I grew up in New Rochelle NY and downtown had one of those really old RKO theaters originally for stage productions but then "chopped up" into multiple large rooms to serve as cinemas. The seating was pretty steep, just like you described, as that's how old stage theaters used to be. :)

Gotta love laptops lol. Nothing like my dvd drive randomly opening up on its own. I think it was in part to my cord becoming unplugged. The screen dimmed a bit as well. Once I plugged it back in, it seems to have stopped it. Going to double check via a virus check though just to be sure.
