Things that frustrate us all

Sounds like an inner ear disruption or infection.
You need to see a doctor to see what is causing your vertigo. Other than an ear infection, another cause is Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). Caused by calcium carbonate crystals (Otoconia) in the inner ear, responsible for our sense of balance, to become dislodged and find their way in the fluid in the semicircular canals. If you are diagnosed with BPPV, there are exercises to put the crystals back in the right place. The important thing is to get a diagnosis from a medical provider.
I think it is more just a food reaction, it's going to be more than that. I doubt that probably would explain the headaches or the tingling.
I know how much it drives some people crazy, but my mom looked up all of my symptoms and the closest thing she could find was MS. I'm making of not looking it up myself, because I don't want to start overreacting to things.
She even remembered how Anette Funicello had to come out as having MS because she was seen in public stumbling around the same way I have been.
