I would definitely love to see some old TOS races like FF and the Melkotians get a second run in LDS. They could even get Clint Howard reprise his famous role!

Hell, they could also give a few others we’ve since seen in passing another shake like the Tholians and Gorn. Return of the Kzin maybe? Or a big universe-shifting fight between the Q, Organians, Metrons, Charlie X’s people (Thasians) and Trelaine with the Cerritos’ crew stuck in the middle. Kind of a reverse trial situation that they all loved to foist on us mortals on occasion.
