Things I wish DS9 had done...

And I'd love to have seen one episode with Sisko and Picard having to team up and work out there differences (Because it was obvious in The Emissary that Sisko did NOT like Picard, or forgive him for his actions as Locutus.)

Er. Sisko learning to forgive Picard for his actions as Locutus is one of the points of the first episode of the series. He may still have some remaining tension, but he'll get there.

Yeah, I would just liked to have seen even a stand alone episode involving the Borg. Not even a whole fleet on an invasion - because that usually involves a deus ex to resolve. But maybe Sisko and and the Defiant crew dealing with a crashed Borg ship.

I would also have liked to see at least one or two TNG characters show up for Worf's wedding. Or at least even send a video message.

I'm glad DS9 didn't have more Borg than they did.

It was in the middle of the war, and the wedding was held at short notice so they could have it before Alexander was assigned elsewhere. So it makes sense that they didn't have any guests from off the station.

However I agree that a message from, say, Picard congratulating Worf would have been a nice touch. Worf was one of his bridge officers for seven years! We're free to imagine that happened off-screen, but still.

I would rather Picard express his condolences in Insurrection.

Wouldn't have made sense in the movie. The movies get a much larger audience than the TV shows. It would have just lost most of the audience.
For what? Three seconds? I've heard Berman say this, and I think this reflects more his cynicism than reality. Insurrection would have been as mediocre with or without a reference.

Well, yes. Every second of what happens in a feature film is considered for how the audience will react. (Maybe that's why I generally enjoy the Star Trek TV series more than the films.)
