There seem to be a lot of changes in The Missing

For one thing, Dax's gone. I don't mean Jadzia because I know she died. I'm talking about the one that starts with e. They said Bashir was court-martialed. O'Brien's gone. It's too early to tell about Quark. Finally, there's still the question about Sisko. If they court-martialed Bashir in the books because they didn't feel he's a competent Starfleet officer, then that's a stupid reason. Barclay all but messed his pants over the idea of using the transporter, which is the way it was for Hoshi when a tornado-like storm was heading her way. Plus Barclay is known to act jittery. Are they going to have those two court-martialed too?

Why do discussions that don't mean intended threats have to be discontinued? There was no reason for the thread to discontinued because I'm not going to actually do that to Hillary as much as I don't want another four to eight years of having to put up with a democrap for a president. No, that wasn't a misspelling. If you feel that one post on a thread that was started is considered threatening, then delete that post; and I won't complain; but I will complain over threads being discontinued at the drop of a hat. I'm already planning to go to the moderators actions board over one thread discontinuation, and I will over the last one too unless it gets reopened. I might as well take care of 1001001 while I'm at it because I feel that mod is playing favorites too much. As far as I'm concerned I feel the only reason this thread and another one was unfairly closed was to stop me from advancing in rank. I want to be moderator, darn it; and I don't want to have someone selfishly saying they don't need more help. I'm tired of threads being discontinued at the drop of a hat instead of a post just being deleted if a mod doesn't think it's right.

All of the issues from The Missing are addressed in the earlier books. Ezri's current status is covered in the Destiny trilogy, A Singular Destiny, and the DS9 related Typhon Pact and The Fall books. Sisko's status is covered in the DS9 related Typhon Pact and The Fall books, and I believe what happened to Bashir is specifically covered in The Fall: A Ceremony of Losses.

Since JD's answered the Trek Lit part of your post I'm closing this thread too.

Since I was simply closing the thread last time, I didn't give you chapter and verse on dealing with issues. I will do so now. If you have a problem with anything a moderator has done, you should contact them via Personal Messaging, if that doesn't work (after giving them 24 hours to reply) you can take it to Moderator Actions or directly to T'Bonz. You don't raise it again in another thread.

So, now we've covered that.

If you complain about what I or any other moderator has done by posting about it in this forum, I'll issue you with an infraction.

No-one on the moderator team could care less about what rank you are. We've got better things to do. If a thread is closed on you, it'll be explained in the thread closing post. Like I did. Doesn't much matter to me if you are making an actual threat or you're just trying to be funny, it reads as a threat, it has no place in the Trek Lit forum or the board in general.

Trek Lit is not the place for your continuing gripe about Hillary Clinton. You want to talk politics go to Misc or TNZ - if you bring it up here again, I'm issuing you with an infraction.
