I strongly believe, like the ending of House MD Season 6, the creators of the show will finally open the ban of worms that we've been all waiting for them to open by having Booth and Brennan finally get together. S7 would explore them as a couple and the personal and professional conflicts they would go through in their relationship.

Right show. The end of House Season 6 had Dr. House and Dr. Cuddy get together. This poster is drawing parallels. You're the one who didn't understand what was going on.

When they told Sweets about their first case together, and Booth told Bones how he felt, she reminded him that if they were a couple the Jeffersonian would be assigned a new FBI guy. So I think, it'll happen, but not until the last episode and leave it to our imaginations as to how their relationship goes.

Or they could keep their relationship a secret for a while so the higher-ups won't have to reassign Booth.

Maybe, but I'd rather they just leave it as Booth and Bones getting together and ending it there. Let the audience come to its own conclusions.

If that's the case, I wish they end the series with this season but I can't handle any more prolonged unresolved romantic tension between these two. Prolonging it into the seventh season is beyond pushing it.
