News The Worf Comedy thread

The Domestic Adventures of Ambassador Worf, living on the Homeworld with his adopted daughter. She's the only survivor of a human colony near Klingon space destroyed by, oh I don't know...how about...the Nausicaans. She's super into human culture, but through the lens of Klingon tradition. Worf is supportive of her when she makes her first human friends and finds out they say she acts like a Klingon in human cosplay behind her back. The music is emotional in this scene.

Add Mr. Homm as his exasperated servant. (Lwaxana's will stipulated he go work for Worf)

I love Worf and would very much like to see him back on television. But we already have a show where we focus on one character from the glory days and I don't think we need another. His introduction into DS9 felt a bit forced and I don't want to go through that again.

By all means, have him pop up throughout whatever sequel series may (or may not) be planned though.

Upon further reflection, I have decided that I want this show to be like What We Do in the Shadows, but following the crew of a Klingon Bird of Prey.

Worf wouldn't be inept enough to feature in a show like that, but perhaps he could make occasional appearances.

UGH! Please no!

No Worf. No "Rikers" not as a comedy show, not as a drama show.

And especially no Klingon show. I'm tired of them. In fact, I'm so tired of the 90s Klingons that I *almost* wish SNW, if it involves Klingons, will use the Classic era Klingons instead.

Basically, a more comedic Soldiers of the Empire?
