thats a good one!
Would it be easier to list the times when you DON'T take a drink? 
The Voyager Drinking Game! Add yours!
Take a drink any time that :
1. Paris makes a quip about an alien they've been chatting to on the viewscreen, such as 'well he seems like a nice fellow...'
2. Janeway places her hands on her hips whilst on the bridge
3. Seven raises a perfectly manicured eyebrow.
4. Harry Kim falls in love with someone.
5. Neelix places his hands on his belly
and my favourite...
6. Janeway changes course to have a look at a strange anamoly...

I thought we had just had a drinking game thread, but it was last posted in July. Regardless, why don't we just keep posting in that thread so we don't get the same answers all over again.
I'll merge this thread with that one.

Once every time Harry describes something as "Some kind of __________."
Once every time Janeway touches Chakotay. Twice if it's skin-on-skin (as opposed to skin-on-uniform) or she touches anyone else but Chakotay.
Once every time Janeway does that crooked smile of hers. Twice if it's at Chakotay.

When Tuvok says "That would be logical captain" take 10 sips
Seven comes out with "Borg algorithms"
When in the turbolift they say "Deck 5"
The Doctor comes up with a funny remark (note "Tally ho" in the killing game)

-Drink every time Janeway does that hand gesture where she only uses her index and middle fingers.
-Drink every time "Take us home" or "Set a course.... FOR HOME" is said.
-Drink every time Ayala appears. Five drinks if he speaks.
-Drink every time Voyager fires a torpedo.
-Drink every time Seven decides something is "irrelevant" or "insufficient".
-Drink every time lights start flickering to show that the EPS grid or some such has been hit.
-Drink to every redshirt death. Five drinks if it's due to a shuttle accident. Ten if Chakotay was the pilot.
-Drink every time the crew complement gets revised to 150
And finally...
-Inject pure vodka straight into your heart every time the Borg Baby makes an appearance after Collective.
