Oh absolutely. Call a film Highlander, then cast Scotland’s most famous actor (possibly most famous person) but as an Egyptian with a Spanish name, opposite a Frenchman as the title character. Gloriously bonkers. They’ll never recreate that sort of so bad it’s good charm.

They are still planning Legally Blonde 3. According to the writer of the film, they submitted the draft script in December. The film has been in development since 2018.

I'd give an animated Ted series a try. It's not like I already don't have Peacock. It might hit the right nostalgia triggers if done well. I give it one full season and then a mid season cancellation.
you? peacock? Peacock will probably continue it since it will be made with a low budget.
By the way, this show's seasonal episode count probably won't exceed 10-15 episodes. Even new seasons of Family Guy now consist of 15 episodes each.

Ugh. Guess it'll be dark, gritty and with prisoner executions for being caught while commando-ing away from Stalag 13. I don't see it working as a comedy in 2026. It barely worked as one in 1970.

Sounds nothing like the original and they are just trading on the name
It worked fine as comedy in 1970. (actually 1965-1971). Great show. Top notch cast.
