The unnecessary reboot/remake of the week thread

Humans like to hear the same stories. Though I'm sure around a Stone Age camp fire there was one guy saying "Thag is retelling that mammoth story, again."

Sounds like the kind of guy who would exaggerate his involvement with every new retelling of the story to make himself the hero of the story...

"Thag think himself big man, strong. He beat chest, yell, slay beast! He no strong! I help, work together slay beast! He tell big story, big lie!"

summary: ‘BEETLEJUICE 3’ is currently in the works, Warner Bros has confirmed they are developing new ‘GREMLINS’ and ‘GOONIES’ movies, A remake of ‘THE BODYGUARD’ is currently in the works at Warner Bros, The script for ‘THE BATMAN 2’ is not yet ready, A ‘MINECRAFT’ movie sequel is being developed “The ink might not be dry on the deals yet, but imminently.”

There is something I don't understand in this article: will Lionsgate make an agreement with a platform like Netflix etc. and leave the approval and budget of the TV series to them? Or will it be like publishing its own movies internationally with the importer method. Will the new John Wick TV series make a distribution agreement with local platforms in each country, for example: Tubi in the USA, TOD in Mena, will Lionsgate make an agreement with any local platform in Turkey, give the budget itself and decide how many seasons the show will continue? I feel like there will be a second one.

If there will be a second one, I think it can be released on several platforms in each country.
