^ And to settle the above discussion, Rom is certain he's doomed in BOTH epsodes.
In this episode it goes something like this:
Rom: How long until they bring down the minefield?
Jake: I'd say about 90 minutes.
Rom: My Time grows short.
Leeta: Don't say that!
Rom: The Only reason that they haven't killed me yet is that i'm part of their victory celebration! 8 o clock, Dukat makes a speech, 8:30, cake and raktajino, 8:45, Execute the Ferengi!
(Then immediatly after that, the moment that makes it art)
Quark: Nobody Move!
Rom: Brother! I knew you would come!

Ahh, you're right. I forgot about that... the earlier conversation I was thinking of was the exchange with Quark, Leeta, and Rom. I completely mixed those scenes up.
As for the pic... Maybe "Lower Decks"?
