IIRC, there were two complete Gorn costumes. Both were made of latex, which tends to deteriorate over time, which may explain why only the head of the Gorn seems to be in exsistence. But, maybe I am in error....

Just to be clear; you are talking about the Gorn head and NOT the helm / nav console.
Here is the line profile of the McMasters helm compared with the outline (in white) of the actual; at the same scale. You can see the differences between the two:
This is soo cool! Feek61, It does not reflect in this picture: Does the actual bottom of the (top console) side panel in the same location plain as the McMaster? Do you have a top view of the same? Do you have actual side panel measurements? Jim
