What is the point of the SGU stargates if they can only reach a handful of planets or the destiny?
Isnt the whole point of a stargate that you should be able to connect to any other one (in that galaxy) if you know the right address?

Again: They all have nine chevrons. They have the potential. They just don't have the juice.

The first part doesn't need to be stated; we can see it every time we see one of the gates. There's nine chevrons, and we know what the 8th and 9th ones are for. We also know that they only have enough juice to dial gates within a limited range, and we know the one on Destiny came very close to dialing back to Earth when it was getting all the juice it could handle (and very possibly would have succeeded if Rush hadn't have sabotaged it).Again: They all have nine chevrons. do not know this as fact, never has been stated or explored, all we know is that they can't dial across the galaxy like MW or Pegasus gates
