If I'm allowed a small spoiler, the highlight for me was
The actual plot was predicable, the twist visible from space and the ethical point delivered with several sledgehammers. But it was glorious fun, great entertainment. And RTD doing what he does best: reprising what he's already done. That man has terminal nostalgia.

Did enjoy it but fuck me the sound quality issues get worse - I normally have the sound (optical out to a soundbar) on 19 to 22. Had to bump it to 45 to hear anything at a decent volume.

Oh I loved this. Sat there with a big smile on my face all the way through. God, I haven’t enjoyed a DW episode so much in years.
I don’t know how much I loved the plot but god I love the characters and I had forgotten until the episode that Bernard had filmed for the specials before he passed, I can’t wait to see Wilf one last time <3

Well that was definitely an RTD production.
Lots of fun, didn’t make a lick of sense and a weak ending. Still, DT’s charisma is an antidote for many ills and he carries it off brilliantly.
