I don't have time to do a long list right now, but the ultimate Space Girl is Anne Francis in Forbidden Planet.

I want to say Dark City, Avatar, and Heavy Metal but technically those took place in space in the same sense that Earth is in space, so I'm not sure if they count.

In Like Flint (1967). At the end of the movie our hero, Derek Flint, destroys the enemy spaceship and is left in orbit in a spacesuit, he makes his way to a soviet space station inhabited by a group of lonely female cosmonauts. Both Flint movies are seriously cool.
