Interesting concept but they botched it. The bad guys should have started fighting each other. Evil is more powerful but is also self-destructive. That would have been a good lesson for both the aliens and the viewers.

Yarnek's people didn't understand the differences between good and evil though and that's why they set up this conflict so they could find out! One side=good and the other=evil!
