The Romulan War, the FULL TRILOGY

I believe i read somewhere the Romulan War books by Michael Martin were cut from 3 to 2, you can feel it in book 2 where huge chunks of time seem to be missing. Is there anway to get in touch with Mr. Martin? I was wondering if he has ever commented on releasing the manuscript for the full trilogy or filling us in with the details of the missing sections, similar to the way Margaret Wander Bonnanno used to provide Music of the SPheres to show the real story behind Probe.

I'm pretty sure the decision to reduce The Romulan War from 3 books to 2 was made before the second book was written. In this interview, Mike Martin talks a bit about what he would've liked to do if there had been a third book, which seems to indicate that he never got to write one. So there is no "manuscript for the full trilogy."

I loved the Martin and Mangels team, but Martin wtiting by himself didn't do much for me. I didn't even finish the first book.

For me, the cover art was the highlight. I had already purchased the Tellarite Ambassador Gral's robes (far left) in the "It's a Wrap!" auctions!

But agree. Mangels & Martin were great as a team. Of his solo books, I did enjoy "Star Trek Online: The Needs of the Many" (supposedly written with Jake Sisko).

I really enjoyed Titan: Fallen Gods, but the whole Romuan war arc did not resonate with me and I never got though the first Romulan War book after struggling through the previous post-series ENT novels. Like Therin, I loved The Needs of the Many.
