Daymnnn Male Troi, Dr, Crusher and Yar look hawwwwwwwt. Though I have the slight suspicion that those gender swaps are made in a way that makes them actually look better than they really would look like if they were male.
I mean female Data also looks susiciously more attractive than male Data did in the 80s (it's the skin I think)
And the Gender bent TOS crew also look suspiciously younger and with fresher, healthier skin than their male counterparts...
