The Photoshop Thread, Part IV

Yeah, but de Lancie was basically treated like he was a regular on the show, at times more so than even Wheaton.

Further, Icheb, Garak, Xon, Forrest and Vic weren't regulars either. I mean, I'd have picked Ilia before Icheb for one thing...

But that's neither here nor there. I think it's rather silly to place such a dumb restriction on who should or shouldn't be the character behind "Q" or any other of the letters -- the important thing here is that the piece as a whole is well done, clever, and fun!

That's Xon. He was a character proposed for the Star Trek Phase Two series that eventually morphed into Star Trek The Motion Picture.

By the way, Skywalker, your avater made me laugh!

I was making an observation, not placing a restriction, but yes, as I said, the picture is fine as is.

Just made a quick desktop for myself

thanks :)

I've been tempted to do a comic a few times, but i find myself preferring to write and describe things than doing simple manips

You do excellent work, Methos. I'd thought about doing 'shops for my characters but I have no idea how and bad 'shops are very bad.

Just keep at it. Only practice will help you improve your skills. Decide on a program (e.g. GIMP - offers almost everything Photoshop does but is free) and look at some online manuals and videos for what you want to do.

Ah, that might be the problem. ;) I don't think Paint offers that much in effects, features and abilities as Photoshop or GIMP do. Therefore, it would be difficult to impossible to do some of the stuff shown in this thread.
